Midt Factoring was established in 1978 by Egetæpper. The original setting was financing and financial services on the carpet market. In 1986 the first “full-service” concept was introduced which since has formed the basis for our products and services within financing, debtor administration, risk protection and related services, where the range of products has been increased continually.
In 1988, Midt Factoring is sold to Carl Aage Nielsen who manages and develops the company until 2005, where the company is sold to a bank in North Jutland.
After a brief ownership, Midt Factoring is sold to the international French Coface Group/Natixis Group/Groupe BPCE, and today Groupe BPCE stands behind Midt Factoring.
On behalf of our clients, we handle an annual turnover of a two-digit billion figure in Danish kroner.
